This format may include yoga, breath work, meditation, and/or coaching services. This offering is suitable for those seeking a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service.

    Tailored to your physical abilities, goals, and lifestyle, with options for restorative, Vinyasa, or Hatha yoga styles. Don’t want to do yoga? That’s okay too! Some clients seek breathwork and meditation. Standard 60-minute session(s) include any combination of breathwork, guided meditation, or asana practice.

Sisters of Yoga x Fabletics

Enjoy this recap of my partnership with Sisters of Yoga and Fabletics to facilitate a transformative yoga class at Atlantic Station for the Juneteenth Yoga & Wellness Social. Spelman Museum of Fine Art

  • Group sessions start at a base price of $75, with an additional $25-$50 per person depending on the type of service and group size. Pricing is customized to ensure your group receives the best possible experience.

  • Yes! For ongoing bookings or larger groups, I’m happy to discuss subscription pricing or tailored discounts. Submit an inquiry form to explore these options further.

  • Each group session includes personalized yoga sequences, guided meditations, and breathwork tailored to your group’s goals. For larger groups, additional add-ons such as chef-prepared catering, sound healing or themed sessions can also be arranged.

  • All you need to provide is the space for the session (if applicable) and any personal items participants may need (like water bottles or towels). If you do not have a space, don’t worry, I can assist with a finding a space! I’ll bring the rest, including yoga mats, props, and other materials needed for the session.

  • Yes, I travel to your designated location for group sessions. The flat rate travel fee is $25 for locations up to 40 miles. Travel fees subject to increase based on the distance, and this will be discussed during the booking process.
